Privacy Policy describes how FellowDoc.com collects, uses, and shares your personal data.
I. Definitions
Data that directly identifies you – such as your name – is personal data, and data that does not directly identify you but can reasonably be used to identify you – such as your device’s serial number – is personal data. Aggregated data is considered non-personal data for purposes of this Privacy Policy.

- Personal data — any information about the User that the User makes available to the Administrator
- User — a person using the services provided by the Data Administrator or providing their personal data to the Data Administrator
- Portal — an IT system through which the Personal Data Administrator provides services, including the website available at https://fellowdoc.com
This Privacy Policy covers how the Portal processes personal data, regardless of whether you interact with the Portal. The Privacy Policy does not cover how third parties define or use personal data. We encourage you to review their privacy policies and understand your privacy rights before interacting with them.
II. Your rights
You have the ability to know, access, correct, transfer, restrict the processing of and delete your personal data.

If personal data is processed unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. The supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
If you are asked to consent to our processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
There may be times when we may not be able to comply with your request — for example, if you ask us to delete your transaction data and we are legally required to keep a record of that transaction to comply with the law. We may also refuse to comply with your request if doing so would undermine our legitimate use of the data for security, privacy, and legal purposes.
III. Personal Data from You
We strive to collect only the personal information we need.
When you create an account, purchase and/or activate a product or service, connect to our services, contact us (including via social media), or otherwise interact with us, we may collect a variety of information.
We collect, process and store the following user data:
- Account Information. Your account details including email address, registered devices, account status and age
- Device information. Data that can identify your device, such as your device serial number, or information about your device, such as your browser type
- Contact information. Data such as your name, email address, physical address, telephone number or other contact information
- Payment information. Billing address and payment method details such as bank details, credit card details, debit card details or other payment card information
- Transaction information. Data relating to your purchases of products and services or transactions facilitated by us, including purchases on our platforms
- Usage data. Data about your activity and use of the Portal, such as your activation of our services, including browsing history, search history, product interaction, crash data, performance and other diagnostic data, and other usage data
- Other Information Provided to Us. Details such as the content of your communications with us, including customer service interactions and contacts via social media channels
You do not have to provide the personal data we have requested. Providing the above data by the User is completely voluntary, but if you choose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services.
The Administrator may disclose the Data to third parties at the request of entities or bodies authorized to do so under applicable law.
The Administrator may transfer personal data to servers located outside your country of residence or to affiliated entities, third parties for the purpose of processing personal data by such entities on our behalf in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and applicable laws, customs and regulations regarding data protection.
IV. Use of Personal Data
We use personal information to power our services, process your transactions, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with the law. We may also use personal information for other purposes with your consent.

- Service providers. When using the Portal, the User may also receive cookies from third parties cooperating with the Portal. More information about cookies from other entities can be found on their websites.
In addition to cookies, we also use other technologies that help us achieve similar goals.
